The second phase of the Ruffs Over Court project was inaugurated on Friday 5th July 2019.
With its modest, yet practical material palette and construction, Ruffs Over Court is envisaged to bring comfortable, dignified living and the superior functionality of an architect-designed home to the mid-range price point. Though air conditioning is provided in all apartments, generous passive ventilation and daylighting help to reduce energy bills and produce a refreshingly light feel typically reserved for more expensive homes.
The 2-Bedroom apartments feature an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, two bathrooms, balconies and generous storage targeted at young families. The result is a development that represents a rewarding investment for the building owner and offers decent homes close to the city for small families.
