STA introduced an updated architectural language that brings a vibrant new image to the 2-star hotel located in the highly-priced East Legon area. A simple form, clean lines, and a savvy use of glazing and accents breathes freshness into a previously drab and anonymous property.
The remodel expands the hotel by adding a new restaurant and kitchen, a conference room, gym and extra guestrooms. Additionally, existing facilities have been refurbished in line with the new image.
The intervention has also enhanced Monarch Hotel’s code compliance regarding fire safety and accessibility.
